Authors’ contributions are generally based on the ICMJE criteria outlined in the editorial policy and are supported by the CRediT contributor role taxonomy. The detailed descriptions of these 14 roles, identified through this platform, are listed in Table 1. Table 2 demonstrates how the names of individual authors MUST be listed against each role.
